The off-set disc hub design prevents the two discs from damage caused by dislodging. Typical, low-grade Plastic DVD cases do not offer this protection. Additional printed materials can be inserted at a minimal cost. These cases are half the cost of CD/DVD swing-tray cases. They are also much lighter than swing-trays (which ultimately saves you money on shipping), and a very stylish and reliable solution. They offer ample room for booklets, casewraps, and folders. Add a sticker for additional messages, content-length information, and/or security.

For DVD-R orders of 300 units or more, you may want to consider DVD replication. Though replication requires glass master and stamper processing and disc-face outputting (and thus a slightly longer turnaround time) the replication process ultimately increases efficiency and saves money through the process of injection molding.
There is no over/under-run on duplicated discs.
