These Clamshells are cheap and extremely durable. Also, the new design with small tabs around the edge make it easier than ever to open and close the case. They are translucent (the disc can be seen through the case), and because they are thin and strong, they are great for shipping. This is a double bonus since there is little risk of damage in transit, and they can fit into fewer boxes. Win, win!

For DVD-R orders of 300 units or more, you may want to consider DVD replication. Though replication requires glass master and stamper processing and disc-face outputting (and thus a slightly longer turnaround time) the replication process ultimately increases efficiency and saves money through the process of injection molding.
There is no over/under-run on duplicated discs.
