Poly is slightly thinner and clearer than vinyl, but also less expensive. These sleeves have an adhesive strip for added security, making these poly sleeves with adhesive the perfect for tradeshow hand-outs, or as an "on-pak". Slap 'em right onto a book, magazine, or manual and voila! Add an optional wafer seal for security, or a sticker for additional messages, and/or content-length information.

For CD-R orders of 300 units or more, you may want to consider CD replication. Though replication requires glass master and stamper processing and disc-face outputting (and thus a slightly longer turnaround time) the replication process ultimately increases efficiency and saves money through the process of injection molding.
There is no over/under-run on duplicated discs.
